Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you cancel your AgileSoup subscription within 30 days of signing up you will not be charged anything. It’s completely free. If you want to keep using the account, you don’t need to do anything and you will be billed for the following subscription period after the first 30 days have passed. You can cancel your account at any time after that but you are responsible for any charges that have occurred before you cancelled the subscription.
Do I get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
If you upgrade from an existing account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial only applies when you sign up for a new paid account.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yep. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see your options.
What information does AgileSoup collect?
For a AgileSoup account, all you need is a company/trading name, valid email address, a user name (can be whatever you’d like) and a password (which is stored encrypted in our database). We don’t store any other personal details.
Is my information safe with AgileSoup?
Your security and your privacy are of the utmost importance to us. We would never share your information with anyone or use your information inappropriately.
What types of payment do you accept?
AgileSoup accepts credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard). We also accept wire transfers, but only for License Packages (if you want to use this option, contact us).
